Fisher Regulator
CVS Controls LTD. manufactures products
to specification that facilitate direct replacement with FISHER
Regulator instrumentation products. The CVS 630 HP Series
consists of a self-operated high-pressure reducing regulator,
and a CVS type 630R Relief Valve.
Just like the Fisher Regulator, these Regulators
and Relief Valves are available in either spring-loaded or
pressure loaded construction. The end connections available
are 1 or 2 inch NPT. The CVS 630 HP Regulator is pressure
loaded, and is furnished without a main regulator spring,
and uses a Marsh Bellofram loading regulator Type 50 or Type
39. The CVS 630R is pressure-loaded, and is furnished with
a relief valve spring and utilizes a Marsh Bellofram loading
regulator Type 50 or Type 30.
All FISHER Regulator replacements are available
in cast iron construction and stainless steel construction.

Used Centrifuge
Looking for a used centrifuge? Some of
the priciest and hardest to assimilate pieces of equipment
are centrifuges. CVS Controls Ltd. has expertise with a variety
of models of new and reconditioned used centrifuges and have
the knowledge to help you find the right used centrifuge to
meet your budget and time constraints.
CVS Controls Ltd. has many used centrifuges
already rebuilt and immediately available or we will remanufacture
your centrifuge with the same high standards and specifications
of the original factory quality. For many companies a used
centrifuge offers an affordable solution rather than buying
new.
Whatever the type of used centrifuge you’re
looking for, CVS Controls manufactures centrifuges to specification
that facilitate the direct replacement with WALKER* products.
If you’re looking for a specific
used centrifuge, email CVS Controls LTD., for more information

Chemical Injection Pump
A Chemical Injection Pump is a straight
forward concept. It involves introducing relatively small
amounts of dry or liquid chemical into a larger volume of
liquid at a set ratio.
Originally, a chemical injection pump was
used to facilitate health and safety in water and sewage treatment.
Present-day industrial applications include the following;
introduction of de-emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, de-scaling
agents, solvents and oxygen scavengers; injection of surfactant
(soap) into low-pressure gas wells with high water content
and methanol injection in gas pipelines.
A CVS’s chemical injection pump is
affordable, tough and simple to use while providing maximum
performance. CVS’s instrumentation products are manufactured
to the highest degree of quality. We offer reliable a replacement
TEXSTEAM and ARROW chemical injection pump to the process
control industries.
CVS Controls manufactures chemical injection
pumps to specification that facilitate the direct replacement
with TEXSTEAM* and ARROW* products.

injection pump specialist you can depend on, email CVS Controls

Positive Displacement Pump
A positive displacement pump is low maintenance
and used in industrial applications where low flows and high
heads are required. These pumps are especially applicable
where abrasive slurries are present.
CVS Controls Ltd. manufactures positive
displacement pumps and flow-control systems for a variety
of fluid-handling applications.
A positive displacement pump is highly
efficient and provides maximum pumping power with a fraction
the horsepower required of centrifugal pumps when pumping
thick slurries through long hoses.
The CVS Controls gas driven Series 51 Injector
uses a molded diaphragm to drive a piston through the chevron
packing making it a positive displacement pump, capable of
discharge pressures up to 6000 PSIG.
Present-day industrial applications of
a positive displacement pump include the following; introduction
of de-emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, de-scaling agents,
solvents and oxygen scavengers; injection of surfactant (soap)
into low-pressure gas wells with high water content and methanol
injection in gas pipelines.

displacement pump specialist you can depend on, email CVS
Controls LTD., for more information at

Small Positive Displacement
Pump
A small positive displacement pump is low
maintenance and used in industrial applications where low
flows and high heads are required. These pumps are especially
applicable where abrasive slurries are present.
CVS Controls manufactures small positive
displacement pumps and flow-control systems for a variety
of fluid-handling applications.
A small positive displacement pump is highly
efficient and provides maximum pumping power with a fraction
